Founded in 2010, Project Moshen set out to revive the style of jazz dance in Philadelphia. Combining the artistic side and the commercial side of dance, Artistic Director Kelli Moshen, blends the two styles & elements together to showcase her fast, intricate, urban style of jazz dance.

Project Moshen produces two shows a year, performs at various events, visits schools in the community, and holds master classes at Philadelphia area universities. Through these efforts, the company hopes to spread their passion, creativity, and knowledge of jazz dance to the community, along with bringing this style of jazz back to life in Philadelphia.

It’s that time again!

Project Moshen’s performance series, “Artistry Unfolded,” is back and will take place on Sunday, March 13 at 1pm at the Artistry Theatre (400 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034). We are seeking choreographers to participate in Philly’s highly acclaimed performance series.

 Artistry Unfolded, brings Artists from Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties together. AU is an opportunity for local artists to showcase their works in progress in a well equipped black box theater in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Here, artists can show their creativity, network and broaden their audience. 

See performances by: Project Moshen, Nika Antuanette, Narissa Fell, Amy Smith Dance, Institute of Dance Artistry, Beyond Dance Company, Freestyle Dance Academy, The Andrea Mychaels Dance Project, and Mardel Dance Company
