Founded in 2010, Project Moshen set out to revive the style of jazz dance in Philadelphia. Combining the artistic side and the commercial side of dance, Artistic Director Kelli Moshen, blends the two styles & elements together to showcase her fast, intricate, urban style of jazz dance.

Project Moshen produces two shows a year, performs at various events, visits schools in the community, and holds master classes at Philadelphia area universities. Through these efforts, the company hopes to spread their passion, creativity, and knowledge of jazz dance to the community, along with bringing this style of jazz back to life in Philadelphia.

COMPANY AUDITION

Project Moshen is looking for female dancers to join our company for the upcoming season.

Project Moshen is a jazz-based dance company that blends modern and contemporary styles with commercial dance. Candidates should have extensive training in various dance styles, with a strong foundation in jazz technique. At Project Moshen, dancers will experience a unique fusion of concert and commercial dance, while also supporting our mission to advocate and empower women and girls through the art of dance.

To audition, dancers must have professional experience, a BFA in dance, or be actively working towards obtaining one.

Please note that all auditioning dancers must be 18 years or older.
